Terms & postage

Orders are processed and dispatched within 3-5 working days, Saturday and Sunday are non working days.

However if you are local to us you can arrange a collection any night of the week 

Bank holidays will slightly interfere with postage as services may not run as normal this is out of our control please be patient.

You have 14 days to report any problems with your order to us via the contact tab on this website  ( bottom right ) 

All discount codes only apply to items listed on the website 

Prices on 5L for trade customers are not covered by discount codes as already at a discount price 

Any damaged goods must be reported straight away on arrival of delivery, if you are refused delivery by the courier we will require Valid proof before re sending the order
